Hospital Rehabilitasi Cheras was built under the 9th Malaysia Plan and is the first and largest rehabilitation hospital in Southeast Asia to offer physical rehabilitation services. They had been awarded as the Winner of 2016 World Stroke Campaign Award by World Stroke Organisation (WSO).

2. Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz (HCTM), PPUKM


Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz (HCTM), PPUKM is the new name for Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (HUKM), which was named after the DYMM Tuanku Muhriz Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir, Chancellor of UKM on 14 October 2014. It is one of the five university hospitals in Malaysia. HCTM is located in Bandar Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur and is administered by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). There are over 1000 hospital beds and 63 wards, 3000 staffs, and 24 surgical boards.

3. Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL)


Hospital Kuala Lumpur is now the largest hospital under the Ministry of Health of Malaysia and is considered to be one of the biggest in Asia. It is a government tertiary referral hospital, located on 150 acres of prime land with 83 wards and 2300 beds. HKL has a huge staff of 7 000 workers with almost 100 professions in various fields and disciplines.


There are 53 different departments and units at HKL. These include the administration & finance department, the pharmaceutical department, training and research, 28 clinical departments and 12 clinical support services.
